Remember that popular tunic from the N-Sale? Well, now that the N-Sale is over, the price has gone up to over $40. I found a look alike tunic from Target though that I just can't get enough of. It isn't available in green anymore online (but if you look in store, I found it was still available in my Target store). I found another look alike tunic in black from T.J. Maxx last weekend as well, so if you missed out on the tunic from the N-Sale, there are still more chances to get this look at an affordable price!
To give a little life update, I am finally finished with my first year of physical therapy school! I'm a little MIA this week because it's my only week off (yes, I start my second year next week), and I am trying to squeeze every bit of summer that I can into this week!

Today I wanted to talk about some of my favorite items that I have on my list for fall. I'm really loving the army green color so much, and I have the green pants at the top of my list. I also got a new button up and a tunic in the same color, and I can't wait to style those on the blog later this month. I also can't wait to start wearing tunics, oversized sweaters, and of course vests (I could never have too many). I really am wanting to add a black fur vest to my closet this fall as well.
This is a really busy week for me, as I am about to finish up my last set of finals for my first year of physical therapy school. On Friday afternoon I will officially be a second year, and I can't wait!

This outfit that I wore yesterday afternoon for lunch might be one of my favorite outfits of all time. Both the fringe and the off-the-shoulder make this dress one of my favorites, and when I got this hat from Old Navy during the tax free sale, I knew I had to pair it with this dress!
Let's take a moment and talk about these earrings and necklace. Kendra Scott has a new collection, the Mystic Bazaar Collection. I think this is my favorite collection to date because it has pieces for every occasion. Whether you are looking for pops of color to add to your outfit or gorgeous silver and gold jewelry to add some glam, this collection has it all. The pops of pink in these earrings and necklace have me wearing them on repeat currently! I also am loving these earrings that I will be styling soon!

I wore this outfit last night for an evening in Little Rock spent with Chris and some friends. We finally had a cooler (meaning under 100 degrees) day here in Central Arkansas, so I was excited to finally get to wear my new skinnies. I've been stocking up on jeans lately, and these are my new favorite!
How fun is this crossbody from A Little Peace of Joy? I bought it thinking it was just a clutch, but was very happily surprised to find that it doubles as a crossbody, which worked perfect for my evening out.

Today I wanted to talk about some of my favorite mascaras that are all incredibly affordable (all less than $7!). I want to start with the Maybelline Volume Express The Falsies Big Eyes Mascara. I only got this mascara a couple weeks ago when I did my sister's make-up for her wedding, and I automatically am in love with it. It has a large brush for top lashes, but it has a smaller brush for bottom lashes, and that is the reason why I love it so much! And as a side note, I use the small brush to separate top lashes if they start to clump up when I re-apply for the evening, and it works so well!
The second mascara is the NYC Big Bold Angel Lash Mascara. This is the mascara that I have been using regularly for my top lashes in the past few months, sometimes my bottom lashes, and it is the best for making my lashes more voluminous. I can't even begin to express my love for this product, and it is less than $5!
The third mascara is the Rimmel Scandaleyes Rockin Curves Mascara. This mascara has a curved brush on it, and it is perfect for when I apply my mascara to the backside on my upper lashes or when I just wisp some extra mascara along the tips of my top lashes to add extra volume. This mascara is really great for the brush!
The last mascara is the Maybelline Volume Express The Falsies Mascara. I have used this mascara for a couple years, and it has always been my go-to. It is less than $5, it has a curved brush on it, and it adds SO much volume to my lashes. This mascara may be the best value in my book!

With summer coming to an end, it's time to start thinking about your fall wardrobe. Last Friday I listed several items from the N-Sale to help you get started on your fall wardrobe, but today I wanted to round up some of my favorite booties for fall, and there are some for every budget.
I wear by booties all the time in the fall. They add height (I'm super short, so I love this), and they are so versatile. If it's a warmer fall day, they won't burn up your legs like full boots do, but they keep your feet warm when it's a cooler fall day. Honestly, I view booties as a staple in any fall wardrobe. I currently have tan, cognac, and black, but my next purchase is definitely going to be some peep-toe booties!

Today I want to introduce you to one of my favorite boutiques that is very near and dear to my heart (literally, I live 5 minutes from it), Hipsway. Ever since I moved to Conway a year ago, I have relied on Hipsway to keep me just 5 minutes away from the hottest trends of every season. From vests to tees to jeans to shorts, they have everything that I need to stay on top of my fashion needs. On top of that, almost everything they carry is very affordable, and I am always looking forward to checking out their new arrivals!
So let's take a minute and talk about this dress. It has everything that you need for a perfect fit, and it is spot on with the latest trends. I can't get over the ruffle hemline, it just adds such a fun bounce to the dress, and I am loving everything tie-dyed right now. The straps of the dress are also adjustable, making it very easy to ensure a perfect fit for everyone. It is also very flowy, so if you are unsure about size, I would suggest going with the smaller size (I'm wearing a small).
