Thanksgiving OOTD

One of my favorite parts of fashion blogging is coming up with great outfits for the holidays. Although we've already had our first snow, we're technically still in Fall, so I went with some warm neutrals. Capes and ponchos are perfect for this time of year, and I am loving this one from Asos currently. Also, this bag from Forever 21 is so affordable, yet it pulls this outfit together so well.

Halloween Costumes for Work

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays of the year, because it doesn't matter how old you get, dressing up is always fun, and so is eating candy like a child. However, as you get older, it becomes more difficult to find costumes that are still professional enough to wear to work, so I took a spin on some wonderful Disney princesses costumes and made them work appropriate. How cute would it be to walk into the office on Friday all dressed up like a cute business-like Disney princess? I'm pretty sure that it will make working on Halloween at least a little bit better!

I'm working on my own costume for the Halloween party that I am attending on Thursday with my classmates. I am so excited, and I can't wait to show you all my costume! What is your costume for Halloween this year?

Black and Yellow

My current wish list is a cross between functional and just plain fun style, and coincidentally, it also ended up being all black and yellow! I've had my eye on a pair of black harem pants for awhile, because they can be dressed up professionally, or dressed down for a more fun look. The leopard print vest just really really needs to get in my closet (so fun and girly!). I am loving the mustard yellow color for fall right now, and this chunky cable knit cardigan is absolutely perfect to throw on with a pair of skinnies and boots. Finally, I can't get enough of the faux leather leggings right now! Throw them on with a pair of heels, and you've got yourself a sassy and fun outfit!
