Holiday Outerwear Guide

With the holidays right around the corner, so many fun holiday activities will be taking place outdoors, including holiday light tours and Thanksgiving/Christmas parades. I love to look festive for these events. and I wanted to share some of my favorite holiday outerwear outfits that I can't wait to wear this season. 

Look #1: This look is easy for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. This coat is one of my favorites currently, and I linked the exact pair of OTK boots that I own (Rampage brand).

Look #2: This one may be my favorite as it again has my favorite style of coat, but I love the pops of red and gold for the holidays, especially the shoes!

Look #3: It's inevitable that the weather may not always cooperate, so it's important to have a back-up for when the rain and snow start falling. I love my red hunter boots and wear them year-round, but they come in particular handy during the holidays when I'm wanting to look festive.

Spring Tanks

With it being Spring Break for me this week, I have been really into spring tanks lately! I can't wait for the warmth to catch up with the season so I can finally break out some tanks and wear! I am loving all the ruffles that are popular this season along with the aztec designs. Once again, I am also loving the fringe and crochet, as I have been all season. 

This weekend I took a road trip to Dallas to visit one of my friends from back four years ago when we were camp counselors together. She took me to the Galleria for the first time, and if my funds would permit, I'm pretty sure I could spend all day there! I also enjoyed downtown Dallas, and just the opportunity for some laughs and fun! What did you do with your weekend?

Current Spring Obsessions

Now that Daylight Savings time is in effect and the snow has finally melted, I'm ready to break out all my bright spring clothes and enjoy the outdoors! Currently, I can't get enough of all things crochet and fringe, and they are the perfect fun pieces to take along on your spring break getaway! I currently am on the hunt for the perfect lace and fringe kimono!

This week is another crazy one for me as I have a huge Neuro test on Wednesday! Forgive me if I don't reply to you immediately, I promise I will as soon as my test is over! Thanks so much for hanging in there with me!

Summer Daydreams

I apologize for the late post today - life has just gotten so busy the past few days! Things finally slowed down this afternoon, and with all the rain, ice, and cold that we've had, I'm just daydreaming of the beach! I recently ran across these sandals from Tory Burch, and I can't get enough of how cute they are! She is absolutely spot on this season with all her shoes!

Summer Lovin'

About this time of year, I start itching for summer. I've just finished my first round of tests (which is why I've been a little bit MIA lately from studying), the cold just keeps coming back, and I'm ready for some time at the lake! To cure my winter blues, I've put together some of my favorite items for summer, and I can't wait to get my hands on a few of these items and use them this summer! What is your favorite cure for winter blues?
