Via Maya

// Kendra Scott Perry Pendant Necklace c/o // Kendra Scott Ann Stackable Rings c/o
// The Shopping Bag Whitney Braided Cuff c/o // Michael Kors Mother of Pearl Watch, Golden

Happy Wednesday! I wore this outfit for a fun casual date night with Chris last week. These shorts are surprising only $13, and I may be going back for more because of how comfortable they are! Just a note, they run a little big (I had to cinch the tie pretty tight and I got the smallest size they had!), but they are so worth it! I actually got a second pair as well, so I'm sure they will show up on the blog soon!

Did you see the release of the new Kendra Scott Via Maya Collection? It came out the 15th, and I was lucky enough to get to review a couple of the new pieces! I absolutely love the necklace and rings that I received, and I highly recommend checking out the new collection! Also, have you checked out Poppy Clip's line of clips for clothing? I received these to try out, and they worked so well to keep my sleeves pulled back for the evening, and they are so fun! The gold detail matched my gold accessories perfectly.

I hope you are having a great week! I am halfway through my finals week now, so I'm very close to finishing my second semester of physical therapy school! Thank you so much for reading, and don't forget to follow along on  Bloglovin and Instagram!

Oh Heyyyy

Cato Tropical Leaf Romper (only $17!) // The Shopping Bag Whitney Braided Cuff c/o
// Michael Kors Mother of Pearl Watch, Golden // Target Sandals (last season) (love these)

So, I have to admit, I have been THE WORST blog updater the past couple of weeks. School got tough, and unfortunately that meant that my blog got the shaft for a bit. However, I'm happy to say that I think I'm back to normal (let's hope!).

Last week I turned the big 23, and this romper was what I wore. I wore it casually all day, and then it down-poured all evening, so instead of a dress for dinner, I just dressed up this romper with a black kimono. It is definitely one of my new favorite pieces of clothing in my closet!

Apparel Candy

Today I want to introduce you to one of my new favorite sites, Apparel Candy. I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this site after spending over an hour looking through all of their gorgeous products. Below I have linked a few of my favorite items, although I could definitely have linked several more.

So, for those of you looking to start boutiques or that own your own small boutique, Apparel Candy is a Wholesale Clothing company and sells their clothes in wholesale - something you definitely don't want to miss out on! Their price per unit is very reasonable, and I highly recommend taking a look at their site the next time you are looking to stock your boutique! Apparel Candy also carries gorgeous accessories to go with the clothing pieces, so they have everything you need when it comes to wholesale.

Item 1 // Item 2 // Item 3 // Item 4

So, the reason that this is important to you is because Apparel Candy strives to bring quality products at a very affordable wholesale price. This means prices for you in store could be decreased as well, which is something that we would all love, and definitely is a trait of a boutique that would get my repeat business.

The next time you are shopping in a boutique or small store and wonder where their inventory came from, don't be afraid ask! Also, be sure to suggest Apparel Candy for future wholesale stock!

Thanks so much for reading! Don't forget to follow along on Bloglovin and Instagram!

Cooler Spring

Old Navy Cable Knit Sweater (old) (similar) // American Eagle Medium Destroyed Jegging
// Old Navy Vest (out of stock) (similar) // Charlotte Russe Necklace (gift) (similar)
// Chinese Laundry Wedges (last season) (similar)

I want to start by apologizing for my absence last week. It was a really tough week in school for me, so I decided to just take the week off from blogging and focus on all the projects and presentations that I had to finish. This week is another rough week of tests, but at least my projects are mostly behind me! Only 3 more weeks until I get a break!

I don't know about where you live, but the weather likes to do weird things around here. 80 one day and 50 the next. I threw together this outfit on a cooler day because I still wanted to feel like I was dressing for spring with the lilac and sandals. These sandals are so incredible because I don't love being in heels all day, and these just simply make me feel like I'm walking on platform shoes more than wedges!

Thanks so much for bearing with me through the rough and busy patches of blogging! Don't forget to follow along on Bloglovin and Instagram!

Can you believe it - it's been a whole year since I started my blog! Looking back on the past year is incredible to see how far Sweeter than Serenity has come, and I owe it all to my wonderful readers! Thank you all for being such incredible followers!

I wanted to use this one year blogiversary to highlight my three most popular posts from the last year, one from each season coincidentally! From working with BEARPAW in the fall, White Plum in the winter, and The Mint Julep Boutique this spring, it's safe to say that I have been truly blessed to get to partner with such incredible retailers!

Thank you so much for reading my blog, and if you aren't following it yet, I would love it if you would follow along on Bloglovin and Instagram!
