Black Friday Shopping: To Shop or Not to Shop?

Tis the season for family, food, and lots and lots of shopping! There are so many great deals this year (an ipad for $199 anyone?!), and it's so hard to pass them up! One of my favorite memories as a child was waking up on Thanksgiving morning and watching the parade while reading the ads and making  a plan for Friday morning shopping. Of course times have changed a little bit now (now I prefer to stay up late Wednesday night and shop online in my pj's when the deals begin at midnight). I definitely have my eye on the ipad, and of course the thousands of cheap movies that are always available (it's one of the only times I ever buy movies!).

So here's the biggest question: to shop or not to shop these black friday deals? I have no problem shopping online on Thanksgiving, but shopping in store is another story. I can't decide if I support it or not as I wish every single worker could spend all of Thanksgiving with their families. What do you think? Do you support shopping in-store? Or do you prefer to simply shop online?

Thank you so much for reading! I love to talk with my readers, so feel free to leave me a comment or send me an email with comments!

God Bless!

  3. haha this is awesome! I would definitely go shopping!

  4. I don't even venture out to the stores- I'm usually too full (ha!) and still spending time with family. But I will occasionally doing a little online shopping if I'm not too tired. :)
